A debate about cyber-coverage has played out in favor of policy-holders in a ruling that requires an Insurer to utilize Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve their dispute. As with any emerging trend, early Court rulings will encourage the introduction of legislature to define how such cases will commonly be handled in the future.
