LEGAL EXPERIENCE: Attorney Arnold has served as a practicing civil litigation attorney at Parker, Coulter, Daley & White (1964 until 1968), Epstein Saloway and Kaplan (1968 until 1975), Weston, Patrick, Willard and Redding (1975 until 1983), and his own firm Arnold & Kangas, P.C. (1983 until 2001). He has handled a full range of civil litigation cases, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, UM cases, insurance coverage issues, premises accidents, products liability, toxic torts, commercial and real estate cases, multi-party business disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, construction contracts and claims, malpractice claims against physicians, attorneys, engineers, or architects, claims arising under the MGL Chapter 93A, land use and environmental law, including state and municipal regulations of land use, zoning and subdivision appeals including the Anti-Snob Zoning Act, and hazardous waste and solid waste cleanup.
Since 1989 Attorney Arnold has been selected as arbitrator or mediator in over 1,800 cases. Since 2001 Tom has worked exclusively as a mediator and arbitrator handling a full range of civil cases, including cases involving the areas of law listed above.
