Previously, he held the following positions: Niarcho & Toto (1995 to 1996), where he was involved in extensive range of tort and workers compensation matters; Mahoney, Kiley, Szulkin & Steward (1988 to 1995) as defense counsel; Long Anderson & McTaggart (1987 to 1988); Latham & Latham (1980 to 1986); Office of the District Attorney, Essex County, MA (1976 to 1980) as prosecutor. Attorney Rabkin for many years has also served as an arbitrator and mediator in hundreds of cases involving a wide range of matters, including the full range of insurance claims, professional malpractice, commercial disputes, personal injury, product liability and general liability cases.
