LEGAL EXPERIENCE: Attorney Mark Karsner was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1979, and the Federal bar in 1980. He has handled thousands of cases in his practice, representing primarily personal injury and civil litigation clients. He has represented, and presently does, both plaintiffs and defendants/insurers.
His Taunton-based practice now includes an active ADR component, and in that aspect he serves as mediator or arbitrator (or “neutral”) in third-party matters. He is frequently used as a neutral by attorneys and insurers locally, as well as those from Boston, the South Shore, and the South Coast areas.
OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ASSOCIATIONS: Mark is a member of local, state, and federal bar and professional associations. He appears as a guest lecturer for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education association on such topics as trial practice and insurance law. An active member and officer of various boards, Mark has been active in the Old Colony YMCA, Community Care Services, the Raynham Public Library, and other local service organizations.
