LEGAL EXPERIENCE: Jeffery Stern is currently at Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen, where he has worked since 1973. He is a trial attorney with focus on complex civil litigation including personal injury law, medical, legal and professional malpractice, products liability, insurance law, business litigation, law firm breakups, mediator and arbitrator. Stern has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of cases. He was a military intelligence officer in the United States Army from 1968-1971 .
OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ASSOCIATIONS: Mr. Stern was admitted into the following: Massachusetts Bar, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
