He represents both plaintiffs and defendants principally in civil litigation and personal injury law matters; Costello, Frattaroli, Barrett, Gonthier & Goddard, P.C. (1988-1991); Private Practice (1970 -1988); Avery, Dooley, Post & Avery (1964-1970). For over 20 years Attorney Goddard has also served as an arbitrator and mediator in hundreds of cases involving a wide range of matters, including the full range of insurance claims, professional malpractice, commercial disputes, personal injury, product liability and general liability cases.
