Standard Mediation Session Or Arbitration Hearing

Our standard fee for a mediation session or arbitration hearing before one MDRS neutral of up to two hours is $475.00 per party. If more time than two hours is required for a mediation session or arbitration hearing, each additional hour of service will be billed at $170.00 per hour for each party. If requesting a full day arbitration or mediation the fee will be $1,250.00 per party. All fees are payable in advance of the scheduled mediation session or arbitration hearing.

Three Member Panel Arbitration Hearing

Where the parties choose to have their dispute heard by a panel of three arbitrators, our fee for an arbitration hearing of up to two hours is $900.00 per party. If more time than two hours is required, each additional hour of service will be billed at $300.00 per hour for each party. All fees are payable in advance of the scheduled arbitration hearing.

Small Claims Mediation Session or Arbitration Hearing

Where the amount in controversy between the parties is less than $7500.00, the basic fee for a mediation session or arbitration hearing for up to two hours is $300.00 per party. If the mediation session or arbitration hearing requires more than two hours, each additional hour of service will be billed at $125.00 per hour for each party.

Divorce Mediation Sessions

The fee for mediation is $400.00 for each two-hour session ($200 per party). The initial payment of $400.00 is due in advance with submission of the paperwork. Payment of subsequent sessions are made at time of session.

Postponement And Cancellation Fees

In the event of a postponement, a $150.00 fee will be charged to the party requesting the cancellation or postponement. If less than 72 hours notice of a postponement is provided, a $200.00 fee will be charged to the party requesting postponement. In the event that a scheduled hearing is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of the standard hearing fee is payable. In the event that a hearing is canceled with less than 5 business days notice and not rescheduled, the full standard hearing fee is payable.
