Profile |
 Dr.
Bagalay is a lawyer with extensive experience as General Counsel
for three public companies and as Chairman, Director and executive
officer of public and privately held companies. In these capacities
he as acted a mediator in disputes among classes of stockholders
and other corporate and contract disagreements.
He was the managing director of the venture capital fund at Boston
University and served in other capacities at the University in
the development and commercialization
of information and life science technology based companies.
He is presently Chairman of Wave Systems Corp. and a director and Chairman
of the Audit and Finance Committee of Cytogen Corp.
Dr. Bagalay holds a Ph.D from Yale University and a J.D. from the University
of Texas.
